Aztek Logistics — website redesign concept
A redesign concept for a Hertfordshire distribution and warehousing company: a fast React rebuild with dedicated service pages, one clear client login menu, a quick quote form and a filterable news section.

Results
- 23pages, including 6 service pages and 11 news articles
- 1 menubringing the warehouse and transport portal logins together
The problem
Aztek Logistics is a distribution and warehousing company in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, offering UK and European distribution, groupage, overnight pallet distribution, warehousing and worldwide freight forwarding from a 7-acre site with 150,000 sq ft of warehousing.
Its customers use the website for two jobs: finding out whether Aztek can move or store their goods, and logging in to check stock, book transport or track a delivery. On the current site, customers choose between several separate login buttons while they are being moved to a new transport booking portal, and strong credentials — 12 consecutive years of FORS Gold, an electric HGV and a solar-powered warehouse — sit deep within the page.
The concept needed to make customer logins simple during the portal switchover, bring the quote request and accreditations to the surface, and give each of the six services a clear page of its own, while keeping Aztek’s content and voice.
My role
This is a self-initiated concept, not a commissioned project. I designed and developed a fast, modern rebuild that puts the quick quote and Aztek’s accreditations up front, brings customer logins together in one clear menu, gives each service its own page and turns company news into a filterable news section.
Approach
I rebuilt the site as a React single-page application with Vite and Chakra UI, using a deep navy and bright blue palette drawn from Aztek’s fleet livery. The home page opens with a rotating hero of Aztek’s own vehicles and warehouses beside an interactive service selector, followed by key figures, the six services, the move to electric HGVs and solar power, accreditations, the latest news and a quick quote form.
A single Client Log In menu brings the warehouse, transport and new booking portals together, with a short description of each, and a banner points customers to the team handling the switchover. Each service has its own page, with the freight forwarding page adding a guide to Incoterms, customs invoices and shipping paperwork, and the news section brings 11 articles together with category filters.
